Public input is being solicited on salmonid habitat restoration work under way in the lower Sacramento River basin and fish passage improvements in the Yolo Bypass.
Two public “scoping” meetings are planned to gather input on topics to be addressed in the environmental impact report, including resources to be evaluated, alternatives to be considered and significant concerns and issues. The meetings are on Thursday, March 14, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in Banquet Rooms 2 and 3 at the Woodland Senior and Community Center, 2001 East St. in Woodland, and from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. at the West Sacramento Community Center, 1075 West Capitol Ave. in West Sacramento.
